Whoo it's been awhile since I wrote anything! I have been very stressed and very busy packing and moving. The only thing that helped my stress was the P.O.D.S. company! They were very accommodating, they were at the house when they said they would be, and the drivers were nice (well all but one). The only problem was the size, supposedly a 3 room townhouse could fit into one unit well it didn't we had to get another one. When we called to order a second unit they said no problem, they came picked up the packed one and delivered the second one the next day! Another good thing is we are not moving into our new house for a month so they are storing the 2 PODS for us and will deliver them to our new house the day we make settlement.

So, so far I give this company 2 thumbs up! Very helpful when you are under the stress of moving!

Double Chicken Dumpling Stoup

Thank you Rachael Ray for this wonderful recipe! You have to try it out. It is great for a cold winter day or night. Plus it is easy to make and little clean up. It isn't a 30 minute meal like she claims it to be but only because of the chopping you have to do. The only changes I would make is using 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic. Everything else is perfect! What you will need:

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 ribs of celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 shredded carrots (you can get them pre-shredded at the store)
1 fresh bay leaf
Salt and Pepper
6 cups chicken stock
1 lb ground chicken
2 cloves of garlic
grated nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano
1 pack frozen gnocchi (in your local stores freezer aisle)
1 cup frozen peas
Handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Bread for a side or for mopping up.

What you have to do:

• Heat soup pot over medium to medium-high heat with EVOO. Add celery, onions, carrots, and bay leaf. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
• Add chicken stock, cover and bring to a boil.
• Place chicken in bowl, add garlic, nutmeg, egg, bread crumbs, and cheese.
• Combine and roll into walnut size meatballs and add to soup.
• Add gnocchi in pot and let cook for 5 minutes.
• Add peas and parsley to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes.
• Turn off heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.
• ENJOY!

ORECK

If you are shopping for a vacuum cleaner I highly recommend the Oreck. I bought one six years ago and haven't had any problems with it. Having 2 cats and a dog in the house things can get pretty hairy. This vacuum will suction up all the hair with one quick swift across the room. The Oreck is so light, 8 pounds, I can even vacuum the steps and sofa with just one hand. It is a little pricey at about $300.00 but well worth it. Plus, for free along with my purchase I got a cordless iron and a cordless little vacuum.

I gave this vacuum two thumbs up!

Honda Pilot

Let me start by saying I'm a Jeep girl. I loved my Jeep Wrangler! It was by far my favorite car. Then I realized I have to grow up and get a responsible family car or SUV. I started with a Ford Vibe, it was horrible in the snow and too low to the ground. I traded in the Vibe for a Nissan Murano, but after two years I got tired of the body style and the alternator went. Then I got my Honda Pilot and fell in love again! What did I fall in love with, let's see where should I start:

• Nice body style (not rounded) and colors
• Sits 7 people with the third row seating which folds down and gives you a ton of storage in the back
• Good gas milage
• Comfortable seats and you can reach all controls easily
• Baby sit friendly with easy to get to latches
• Good power
• Reliable, of course it's a Honda

I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. I love my Honda Pilot and I know it will last me a very long time. I'm not the only person who loves it my sister drove it once and wants to sell her MiniVan and get a Pilot.

I highly recommend this SUV.

Baby Trend Trendsport Lite Stroller

This is the Baby Trend Trendsport Lite stroller and it makes my do not buy list! This is the worse stroller ever!

The only pro to this stroller is it weighs 8 pounds. It is very easy to fold up and throw in a trunk of a car. I can do it with one hand.

My con list is very long but the most important cons I think are; the umbrella isn't big or long enough and the sun never gets blocked from my baby's face. You have to have the back of the sit down before folding it up or when you open it the back up the sit gets caught and it is very hard to fix. The seat beat is very difficult to clip together. I clipped my fingers in the seat belt a number of times. Lastly it is hard to maneuver.

I wouldn't give this as a present to any mother-to-be! Baby Trend might be a good brand and have other good strollers but this model is not one of them!

Tide To Go

Having a husband, child, dog and two cats I had plenty of opportunities to use this product. I haven't had a stain yet that this product didn't get out. Just last week I had two co-workers ask me if they could borrow my Tide To Go for a chocolate stain they had on their tan pants. Both got their stains out in less then a minute. I like how small it is and fits into most purses or pockets. I have one in my purse and one in my desk draw at work. I have to warn you the Tide To Go stick gets out stains but it is a good idea to spray some stain remover on the stain before washing the article of clothing.

I rate this product good and recommend it to any one!
